Summer School PLUS March 3rd/4th 2012

General Information

VENUE:OXFORD SUMMER SCHOOL takes place in East Oxford at St Gregory the Great School, Cricket Road, Cowley, Oxford OX4 3DR. There is PARKING space (at your own risk) adjoining the school site. Your possessions are also brought on site at your own risk. NO DOGS are allowed in the school grounds & it is also a NON-SMOKING site.

DURATION:Courses run on Saturday 3rd -Sunday 4th 13th March 2012, 9.30am - 4.30pm .

COURSE GROUPS:For most Courses the maximum group size per tutor is 12. Most of these courses are for adults. Course details will say if school pupils can attend.

TUTORS: Experienced professional people with national & international reputations chosen for their creative flair and ability to communicate with enthusiasm and good humour.

TUITION COSTS: £75 for the weekend (includes £35 non returnable Deposit).

PAYMENT:£75(See Cancellation below)t to be sent with your booking slip. Cheque payable to R. Bryant. (NOT Oxford Summer School)

COSTS NOT INCLUDED: Course materials (costs given in the course details).

CANCELLATION: If you cancel after booking it may be that we will only be able to refund part of your payment. Where a cancellation is made in February no refund can be made unless we are able to fill your place. We reserve the right to cancel courses if there are insufficient applications and full refunds will be made promptly.

ACCOMMODATION: We can send you an accommodation list or you can see this same list on www.stayoxford.co.uk.

REFRESHMENTS: Tea & Coffee provided, please bring a packed lunch..
