SUMMER SCHOOL 26th July-31st July 2010 |

'Vocal Workshop' with Lillian Boutte. |
|
Monday 26th to Friday 30th 9:30am - 3:30pm After 14 years with Oxford Summer School Lillian returns to once again rehearse a choir of all comers. The Vocal workshop is open to all ages and students need only one thing – the enthusiasm to sing. To quote Lillian, “Don’t be afraid – YOU can sing”. The choir rehearses a wonderful collection of songs, many from New Orleans, that will surprise and delight you. Work will cover music & harmonies, finding where your voice fits into the choir and working with individuals and small groups. It is this approach, along with Lillian’s expressive voice and joyous personality that makes for a very special week. The week climaxes with a public concert on the evening of Friday 30 July. |
