Saturday/Sunday 20/21st March Explore the versatile medium of acrylics on this fun experimental weekend. We will use the paint in a variety of ways from thin vibrant washes to thick impasto techniques. Along the way we will introduce textural mediums to create interesting grounds to work on and ways to manipulate paint, whilst exploring various aspects of tone and colour to create mood, harmony and drama in our work. |

Karen is an enthusiastic and experienced tutor specialising in print and mixed media. Having worked widely
as a commercial artist she now divides her time between teaching and pursuing her own work.
