Saturday/Sunday 20/21st March The course is designed to provide an opportunity for complete beginners who are interested in making and designing simple but effective fused glass pendants. You will learn to cut basic shapes and layer the glass with metal inclusions e.g. copper, silver leaf. We will be using Bullseye and Dichroic glass which will be available to buy in small quantities as and when needed. Some of the pendants will be fired during the two days and you will learn how to finish them using either silver chains or cotton thong ready to wear. Any work not fired during the weekend will be fired for you and posted for which there will be a small postage charge. There will be an additional charge of £2 per person for firing and use of tools. |

Myra trained as a potter over 20 years ago. Since that time she has been a tutor and her work has sold in
Galleries and Exhibitions mainly in London and the South East. Her interest in glass started at the same time
and since 2000 she has attended intensive courses in fused and slumped glass and more recently gained a PDC
in Cast Glass.
