GENERAL INFORMATION
VENUE: OXFORD SUMMER SCHOOL Plus Autumn Courses are based at Oxford School, Glanville Road (off Cowley Rd), Oxford OX4 2AU.
There is PARKING space (at your own risk) on site & in the adjoining street. Your possessions are also brought on site at your own risk.
NO DOGS are allowed in the school grounds & it is also a
NON-SMOKING site.
DURATION: Courses run on Saturday/Sunday 7/8th November, 9:30am-4:30pm.
The full course must be paid for, there are no refunds for an absent day.
COURSE GROUPS: For most Courses the maximum group size per tutor is 12 .
TUITION COSTS: £66 for the 2 day courses.
DEPOSIT: Full Payment with booking please, to be sent with your booking form. Cheque payable to R Speed. (NOT Oxford Summer School)
COSTS NOT INCLUDED: Course materials (costs given in the course details). Tea and coffee available but bring your own lunch.
CANCELLATION: Should you cancel during one month before the course your balance money will be
returned IF we can fill your place.
Do you need to insure against cancellation?
We reserve the right to cancel courses if there are insufficient applications and full refunds will be made promptly.
ACCOMMODATION: We can send you an accommodation list or you can see this same
list on www.stayoxford.co.uk. The Summer School is half way down
Cowley Rd & is within 20 minutes walking from Iffley Rd where there are numerous Guest Houses. YHA is on
oxford@yha.org.uk
