Come along and join me and a group of like minded stitchers and unpick the mysteries of Machine
Embroidery. Bring along a drawing, picture or a photograph that inspires you. Using a sumptuous array of
threads in a variety of colours and thickness and working with your own sewing machine, you will learn
how to translate your design into your very own picture in Machine Embroidery. Students will be guided
through all aspects of creating a design, placing imagery, working with colour and texture and how to
finish and present their pictures and pieces.
The course is suited to both the novice and more confident stitcher.

LINDA MILLER exhibits her Machine Embroideries throughout the UK Europe and the USA. She has pieces held in
both private and public collections such as those of Arts Council South East and the Victoria and Albert
Museum. She has taught at numerous Colleges, Schools and regional groups of the Embroiderers Guild sharing
both her love of textiles and her enthusiasm for encouraging others to stitch with individuality and
confidence.
