After 12 years with Oxford Summer School
Lillian Boutté again rehearses a choir in
preparation for a public concert in the
evening of Friday 1 August. She brings with
her a wonderful collection of songs from
New Orleans that will be guaranteed to
surprise & delight you. This collection of
songs, in combination with a lovely
expressive voice & joyous personality,
makes for a very special week. As one of
our National Papers says “Lillian Boutté is
the genuine article”. Her niece TANYA
BOUTTÉ will again be assisting.
This Vocal Workshop is open to all ages &
the only thing needed is your enthusiasm –
to quote Lillian “Don’t be afraid, YOU can
sing.” Work will cover music & harmonies,
finding where your voice fits into the choir,
working with individuals & groups.
